Summer Fun!!!

This week was VBS. The girl holding Lilly is Alle.
Alle was Lilly's teacher this week. The ironic thing
is that I started baby-sitting Alle and her younger
sister when she was Lilly's age, and kept them until
all through high school.

Emma has learned how to swim this summer.
This is his first jump off the diving board without
floaties!!!

Lilly has learned to peddle a bike this week.
She really is doing well with it.

Lilly, Karlee, and Emma on the boat

Lori took Emma and Khloe and let her
international students read to them. The girls
had a great time.

Since I can't ride the tube this summer, Aunt
Bobba took over and let the girls ride with her.

"I Aint Gonna Paint No More"

This week my sister and I got the girls together and

Lori read them this book. In the book, the little

boy paints their house and gets in trouble. His mother

puts the paints away. He gets the paints back out and

paints himself. After Lori read them the book, we let

them paint themselves. The girls got so into it-and had a

blast!!!

Proud to be an American!!!

I am re-entering the world of blogging, one, because my internet is finally fixed, and two, because Maela will be here soon, and I know that I'll be posting then. July 4th is one of my favorite holidays. I think that the reason I love it so much, is because it is a relaxed, fun, family-oriented day that stands for something so amazing-freedom!!! I only have a few pics, and one I really wish that I had was of Lori singing and doing motions on the boat to Lee Greenwood's, Proud to be an American. Oh well.

She's a Jamieson!!!

I just got off the phone with Lori, and the approval has been given!!!!! As of February 18, Kiah Pate will meet her forever family. We are all still in shock, but so excited! Please keep them in your prayers.

4+4=8

I have waited to post about our newest miracle, until I knew more of the deatils. It's amazing how our all-powerful God is still in the miracle working business. Last Wednesday afternoon, Lori came over handed me a picture, and said what do you think about having another niece from Uganda? My first thought when she showed me the picture, was WOW! Her eyes! Lori then proceeded to tell me about all the things that had to work out in order for her to become part of their forever family, our forever family. Pretty much, after she left, I thought, there is no way that all that is going to happen, and now she's gone and shown me this picture, and I am going to have one more thing to think about when I can't sleep at night. Anyway, things just started working out, or should I say, God just started working things out. As of this afternoon, all we are waiting on is approval from a lady in Montgomery, AL. If all works out, she will come home on February 18. Amazing. In just a matter of a couple months, our family has grown from 6 cousins to 8. Please continue to pray for my sister and her family and for peace for their family as well as little Agnes. I will keep you updated. For all the details about Agnes and where she was found check out Lori's blog: our3pearls@blogspot.com

Quotes from Khloe

I have to share a funny little story. Tuesday night, I was taking Khloe to dance, and all three girls were talking and asking me questions at the same time. I told them they were going to have to take turns, my ears started hurting if they all talked at once. Then I said, all we need is the new baby to be here crying. Khloe responded to this by saying, just as serious as she could "Yea, then we'll be a jungle!" Truth out of the mouths of babes.

Lilly Claire

I absolutely love this picture of Lilly. Like I said earlier, her personality is really starting to shine. She is so full of life, and thinks she is as big as her sisters.

Happy Birthday Lilly

We celebrated Lilly's 3rd Birthday at Trowbridges. It was a perfect place to have her party. It is hard to believe that our baby girl is already 3. She is such a blessing to us, and has developed the cutest little personality.

Merry Christmas

The children were nestled all snug in their bed.

GO GREEN BAY!!!!! Thanks to my football fanatic husband, I have been forced to either learn to enjoy football, or be miserable. I even have my own teams and players that I cheer for now. My favorite NFL team being Green Bay. I love Brett Favre, and think that, not only is he a great football player, but a descent guy. Anyway, hope they win tonight, and beat the Patriots in the super bowl.

few weeks early. We are all so excited!!!! I will
